Follow the white-blazed Cumberland Trail, descending through the mousetrap with its steep steps, rocks, and ramps. Along the way, you'll encounter side trails and a rocky ledge for another scenic overlook. After half a mile, reach Julia Falls Overlook, boasting mesmerizing vistas of the Tennessee River Gorge and Edwards Point. If you prefer a shorter hike, you can turn back here for a 1-mile round trip. The trail is suitable for all ages, welcomes dogs, and involves an elevation gain of approximately 380 feet.
